Parents, will you have a child going to college this year?  If so, now is the time to file for federal and state financial aid.  Money is available from federal, state and other sources to help with college expenses.  For most colleges, filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the first step you must take to receive financial aid.
