Dear Bellevue Parents and Friends,
We are pleased to report that our SAY
YES
After-School Program is up
and running successfully, with over 130 students in grades K-3 enrolled.
Students are engaged in hands-on, project-based learning every day,
cooking, writing plays and poetry, and learning about technology and nature, and
much more. Thanks to our Site
Director Carole Bildstein and our Program Coordinator Ahmeed Turner, and all our
teachers and teaching assistants, our students are extending their day and
expanding their horizons! This
first session ends in December, and families will be invited to attend the
culminating event and experience some of what children have been working so hard
on. We cant wait to share!
The Winter session starts in January, and applications will be available
soon.
