Statement
The mission of the Syracuse City School District is to ensure that
all students demonstrate mastery of defined skills and knowledge,appreciation of diversity, and development of character which will
enable them to become productive, responsible citizens who can succeed
in a rapidly changing world; this is accomplished, in partnership with our community, by transforming
our educational system to respond to
the unique needs of each student through excellence in teaching and
learning.
