Purchasing Catalog Information

The Purchasing Catalog is a searchable online listing of products and supplies that are frequently purchased by SCSD school and department personnel. These items have been requested, reviewed for quality and acceptability and procured through the bidding process to ensure competitive pricing.

Each item has been categorized and identified with an Item Number, Description, Unit of Measure and Unit Price for easy identification. Many of these items are stocked in the BOVA warehouse.

The catalog is updated periodically so you may see new items added as well as some items removed that are no longer available due to contract pricing expirations.

We encourage you to use the Purchasing Catalog to identify and order products and supplies before searching vendor catalogs for the same or similar items for your needs. The Purchasing Catalog allows SCSD to obtain competitive pricing, efficient processing and economical delivery for commonly used products and supplies.
