The Fiscal Services Department has put together this manual as a resource for individuals in the District to reference regarding various operations relating to the Fiscal Services Department.  This manual is intended to provide a general overview of the practices and operations used by employees of the Syracuse City School District, and provide instructions on completing all necessary forms to complete tasks. 

 Department contact information is provided in each section.  Should you have detailed questions or need clarification on any operational procedures, contact the department indicated in the section.   Inquiries may also be directed to the Fiscal Services Office.

 Keep in mind that this manual is a work in progress.  Please check this site periodically, as existing practices change or new operational procedures are created, updates will be made by Fiscal Services.
